1. Navigate to the permission schemes, specifically the Global Permission Scheme related to the data you want to control.
2. Click Edit.

Assign Permissions

Now, let's assign the necessary permissions to our financial role. For our example, we want users in the Financial Role to have three specific permissions:

• Manage Funding Sources: This permission is crucial, so select it and associate it with the Financial Role.
• Browse Billing Sources: Again, add this permission to the Financial Role.
• Browse All Reports: Ensure that users in the Financial Role can access all reports by adding this permission.
